Order Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
-Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
-Packaging must be intact
-Beauty, skincare, and personal-care items cannot be returned once opened, due to hygiene and safety standards
-Gift cards, sale items, and limited-time promotions are final sale
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or denial.
If approved:
-Refunds are issued to your original payment method
-Processing typically takes 7–10 business days after approval
-Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
-Your order number
-A clear photo of the item
-A brief description of the issue
We will replace the item or provide a full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for:
-Damaged items
-Incorrect items
All other products must follow the standard return process.
